Covid 19 Patient Information

Covid19 is still with us and in order to offer the safest experience we are still implementing some extra precautions.

Please do not attend the surgery if you have any Covid19 symptoms or symptoms of flu,

What to expect when you come to the clinic

• Please wear a clean face covering if you wish to - you are not expected to.

• Please come to reception to check in and the receptionist will guide you to the stairs or lift to come to the first floor waiting area where the physiotherapist will meet you.

• Please try to avoid touching anything in the building for hygiene reasons.

• Bring into the building as few possessions as possible.

• The physiotherapist will ask you to wash your hands when you enter the clinic room.

• There will be no bed linens or towels used in the room and all surfaces will be wipe cleanable.

• Please leave the clinic immediately after your treatment.
